Hi everyone! I’m so excited to share with you my dream of opening a new camping business in the beautiful countryside of Ottawa. I’ve always loved camping and nature, and I want to create a place where people can enjoy both without sacrificing comfort and convenience. That’s why I’m launching BYOT – Bring Your Own Tent! BYOT is a camping facility that offers you the option to bring your own tent or rent one from us. We have a variety of tents to suit your needs and preferences, from cozy domes to spacious cabins. You can also enjoy our amenities such as showers, toilets, picnic tables, fire pits, and Wi-Fi. Yes, you read that right – Wi-Fi! You can stream your YouTube videos from our camping grounds and share your amazing experience with the world.
But that’s not all. BYOT is located in a 56-acre forest that gives you the feeling of being in the wilderness but with easy access to the city. We are only 30 minutes away from downtown Ottawa, where you can find plenty of attractions and activities. You can also explore the nearby Larose Forest Trails and Calypso Water Park, which are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
I’m planning to have the grand opening of BYOT on July 16, 2024, but I need your help to make it happen. I’ve already secured the land and the permits, but I still need to buy the tents, the equipment, and the infrastructure. That’s why I’m asking for your generous support to raise $65,000 for this project.

To book a special event, you need to make a reservation in advance. You can do this by filling out the online form on our website. Please note that special events are subject to availability and additional fees.
